This is a massive chunk of Sulfur. Sulfur in it's purer form exhibits the richest, deepest yellow. Parallel crystals of sulfur combine to create longer community bands of sulfur. Some of the yellow is more orange. The odor is unmistakable. Anywhere on close inspection reveals a intense, superb complex or crystallization. This is a collectors piece.
The original locale of this sulfur is unknown, though it is believed to be in North America. This is one of the most intense yellow rocks available. And compare it to the lemon merengue light yellow sulfur being offered. There is no comparison to the beauty and quality of this piece.
The sulfur has not been treated with any clear coating. It is raw. So, it will fragment off. Some fragmentation dusting is visible in the photos. This will be shipped very securely.
