Satisfaction Guarantee

1. All intact products may be returned up to 14 days after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, please inform me within 48 hours after receiving it or a return may not be accepted (People have actually broken pottery and returned it weeks later, saying it arrived damaged).

2. Currently a refund will be made to the account the payment came from.

3. If the product arrives damaged and you inform me within 48 hours of delivery I will pay return shipping. 

4. Since each item is usually quite unique, exchanges are not feasible.
   
   

5. I know my products so a receipt is not necessary for returns.

6. Refunds should be within two days after the arrival of an approved return.

7. Refunds do not include items arriving damaged which were not reported as such within the first 48 hours of receiving. They also do not include items which did not come from my store.
