This Septarian geode half is a perfect smaller size for someone who wants to display these but has limited space and budget. It has been formed from a superior septarian geode with everything wonderful about septarians in it. It possesses a sharp edge starburst shape of yellow calcite intermixed with fragmented borders of brown aragonite intermixed with chunks of gray limestone. In addition to the pattern, there is the smallest open crystal chamber with minute crystal points visible inside!
The surface has been polished to a near mirror reflection. This type of geode is also referred to as 'Dragon Stone'. It comes from Utah where the finest mineral beds of septarians in the world exist.
