This larger pottery piece, handcrafted by artist Tavo (Octavio) Silveira, features a subtle taper. The color is called 'Chihuahua Cream,' a shade popular in the region. It is created from natural white clay found in the surrounding foothills of the village. Artist Silveira has skillfully shaped the chimenea, giving it both a wide body and neck. Around the upper neck, near the mouth, there's a single band adorned with striking ancient Paquime patterns native to the area.
Silveira's signature can be found on the bottom of his work.
The pottery comes with its ring included.
Do not fill pottery with liquids.
