This is a beautiful Dugway geode with an deep chamber. The botryoidal druzy crystals are well formed and microscopic. It is also stunning when moved in the light. There is an outer layer of white quartz on some areas of the druzy. The flat polished face has mystical concentric rings encircling the chamber. Also referred to as a 'Thunder Egg', this geode, as with all my Dugways, is from the finest beds of geodes in Utah known as the Juab Formation. I buy these directly from the miners who excavate them. An acrylic stand is included for displaying this crystal.
