This is a very uncommon, very bright and cheerful Fat Cat Talavera planter. This is authentic and Hencho En Mexico! The brilliant orange is the prominent color used to highlight the kittys friendly features and ever-present girth. The secondary colors are beautiful and complimentary and work well so with each other and the orange. There is a wide back opening for setting potted plants, or for you to plant your own choice of flowers. As a person who worked with plants most of his life, I would suggest using a solid color flower, whatever it may be.
This cat is hand glazed on its outside surface (except the underside) and the interior. It will last for years and bring brightness and joy to any surroundings. Talavera is the most bright and festive of Mexican pottery. These also make wonderful gifts!
