This is a well formed Dugway geode with an lovely open chamber covered in botryoidal druzy blue quartz with minuscule white lumps. The chamber has well formed layered blue border going encircling it. See the close-up photos.
Also referred to as a 'Thunder Egg', this geode, as with all my Dugways, is from the finest beds of geodes in Utah, known as the Juab Formation. I buy these directly from the miners who excavate them. An acrylic stand is included for displaying this crystal.
